Celina Antunes is Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive Officer of South America Region, including Brazil the largest operation of the region, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, and Venezuela. In her role, Ms. Antunes leads all of Cushman & Wakefield’s business operations in the region, which includes the management of almost 150 million square feet of corporate, industrial and retail spaces. Ms. Antunes manages a team of two thousand employees serving all service lines within the region, including Brokerage, Capital Markets, Valuation & Advisory, Corporate Occupiers & Investor Services, and Sustainability. Ms. Antunes is an architect and a member of SECOVI (Brazilian Real Estate Association), ABRAFAC (FM Brazilian Association), ADIT (Hospitality Association) , AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce), ABRASCE (Brazilian Association of Shopping Centres) , R.I.C.S. ( Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), FIABCI (International real Estate Federation), and a Board member of the Brazilian Green Building Council (BGBC).

Herman Faigenbaum joined C&W in 2005 and is the Managing Director of the Argentina office. He has responsibility for all services and lines of business, including Brokerage, Capital Markets and CIS. Mr. Faigenbaum oversees all projects for corporate clients and has specific experience in coordinating cross functional teams in relocation projects. Mr. Faigenbaum holds an Architecture degree from the University of Buenos Aires, an MBA from the Universidad Di Tella (UTDT), and is a member of CoreNetGlobal and IFMA, and Director of the Real Estate Management program at the Universidad di Tella.

Jose Belfort holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Southern California (US). With broad international experience, in Europe, the U.S. and Brazil, Mr. Belfort joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 as the Head of Business Development for Corporate Occupier & Investor Services (CIS) in South America. In 2012, Mr. Belfort became the Executive Managing Director of Operations in Colombia and Peru. As such, Mr. Belfort is responsible for all service lines of these two countries. Clients include: Petrobras, Bradesco, Citigroup, C&A, Mastercard, Amanco, Panasonic, and Honda.

Mario Gurgueira is an architect with a specialization in Valuation. Mr. Gurgueira began his career in the Real Estate industry in 1987 as an appraiser. He worked for two global real estate firms and a local developer/investor before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2002. Mr. Gurgueira is currently the Executive Director responsible for Landlord Representation in Brazil. He represents large corporate clients, such as CNH, Ericsson, Pfizer, Votorantim, Santander Bank, Coca-Cola, and Bristol Meyer Squibb.
